Our 42,000 m² facility is purpose-built for dry scroll assembly — no shared lines, no shared tooling. Each station is calibrated for one family of pumps.
Production
100% performance-tested before shipment.
Every Geowell pump runs through an automated test cell measuring ultimate vacuum, pumping speed, temperature, noise, and helium leak rate. Results are stored with the serial number for life.
Validation
Scroll geometry, machined to the micron.
Our scrolls are CNC-machined on dedicated 5-axis centers from aerospace-grade aluminium and finished with a proprietary low-friction coating that extends service intervals.
