Which file format are the CAD drawings provided in?
All CAD drawings are provided as .STEP files, compatible with most major CAD packages including SolidWorks, Inventor, and Fusion 360.
Do I need to register to download the manual or CAD drawing?
No. Manuals and CAD drawings are open downloads. Only Factory Test Reports require a name, email, and company first.
Why are Factory Test Reports gated behind a form?
Test reports contain unit-specific performance data. We ask for basic contact details so our engineering team can follow up on your unit’s results.
Can I request documentation for a product series that isn't listed?
Yes contact our support team directly and we’ll send over the current documentation set for any legacy or custom-built unit.
Warranty & service terms
Standard warranty
Every GWSP-series unit is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation, or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first.
What's covered
Pump housing, drive components, and factory-installed seals are covered when the unit has been operated and maintained according to the manual for its series.
Requesting service
Contact your regional distributor with the unit serial number and a copy of the factory test report before returning any component.
